Fall Flu Shots
FCPH will host seven fall flu shot clinics throughout September and October. All clinics are open to individuals age 6 months and older; no appointment is needed. Both regular seasonal and high-dose flu vaccines will be available. Individuals should bring their Medicare or health insurance information. 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment
We need your input to help guide the work of local health partners and community groups. The 2026 Community Health Needs Assessment allows community members to answer simple, confidential questions that help us learn more about the health and well-being of our communities.
