COVID-19 Information

Due to the 2020 Emergency Declaration Related to COVID-19, City Hall is closed to the public. Requests for Proposals can be delivered in the manner below by the due date stated in the proposal:

1. Mail to City of Fargo, Auditor’s Office, 225 4th St N, Fargo ND 58102 (Write your project name on the outside of your envelope)

2. Deposit your envelope in the Drop Box located just outside the North Door of City Hall (Write your project name on the outside of your envelope)

3. Email your bid to Steve Sprague, City Auditor at SSprague@FargoND.gov (with the name of your bid in the subject line)

Bid, Requests for Qualification (RFQ) and Requests for Proposal (RFP) information can be obtained through one of the following methods:
