Maternal Child Health Program
The Maternal Child Health (MCH) Program supports families by providing home visits from specially trained registered nurses for expectant individuals and/or parents with a child younger than three years old. Parents benefit from education, support, assessments and referrals to a variety of community resources. The home visits are an opportunity for the nurse and parents to connect and build a relationship, allowing the nurse to become a trusted resource for questions about pregnancy, caring for their child and more!
