Police Records and Data
The Records Unit of the Fargo Police Department is comprised of civilian employees who act as the custodians of record for the department. The Records Unit is responsible for processing public records requests for police reports.
Open Records Request
North Dakota's laws state that all government records and meetings must be open to the public unless otherwise authorized by a specific law.
