Holiday Storytime at the Fargo Public Library

Join us for Storytime at the Fargo Public Libraries as Fargo Police Officers will bring festive cheer to the community by reading classic and modern holiday stories to children and their families.

Monday, Dec. 2 – Main Library at 10 a.m. & 11 a.m.
Tuesday, Dec. 3 – Northport Library at 10 a.m.
Wednesday, Dec. 11 – Dr. James Carlson Library at 10 a.m. & 11 a.m.

These special Holiday Storytime events are a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the season, foster a love of reading and connect with the officers who serve our community. Come for the stories, stay for the holiday magic!

Police Navidad - Winter Clothing Drive

Join us in supporting the students of Fargo Public Schools by donating to the Police Navidad - Winter Clothing Drive. Your contributions of new or gently used winter gear will make a difference in keeping kids warm during the chilly months.

We’re collecting coats, jackets, hats, gloves, mittens, scarves, snow pants, winter boots and other warm weather clothing.

New items are preferred to ensure durability and hygiene, but gently used items in excellent condition are also welcome.

All donations will be delivered to the Husky Hutch at Clara Barton Elementary for youth sizes and The Source at Dakota High School for teen and adult sizes.

Fargo Police Day at Santa's Village

Celebrate the holiday season with a visit to Santa’s Village at Rheault Farm on Thursday, December 19, from 4–7 p.m. for a special evening hosted in collaboration with the Fargo Park District. Bring the whole family to meet Santa and Mrs. Claus, explore squad cars with Fargo police officers and enjoy holiday crafts, including a special Fargo Police Department coloring sheet!

Santa’s Village is a free event located on a charming 15-acre farm site where children and adults can make holiday memories. Join the Season of Giving by bringing donations of canned goods, cash or new and gently used toys to support local organizations.
