Emergency Guides Now Required for Apartments

The City of Fargo has adopted the 2021 International Fire Code. Landlords are now required to provide tenants with a copy of an emergency guide prior to initial occupancy. (IFC 403.9.2.1) The Fargo Fire Department has created a template for you to use and distribute.
