Monthly statements and billing history can be viewed online on our new platform. You will need to register a login to access them.

Statements are no longer sent as email attachments to customers. If you sign up for email bill notifications on our new platform, you will get an email whenever your latest utility bill is available to view online.

High Water Bill?

If a water bill is higher than usual, view the High Water Bill (PDF) or High Water Bill Brochure (PDF) for actions to take.

This will help customers target household situations or items that may have caused the bill statement increase.
