To become a registered neighborhood organization in the City of Fargo, print a copy of the Registration Form (PDF) and mail it to the Planning and Development Department, 225 4th Street North, Fargo, ND, 58102.

As long as the organization meets the following criteria, the Planning and Development Department will add the group to the Directory of Fargo Neighborhood Organizations..
