South High
The South High neighborhood is located in central Fargo and gets its name from Fargo South High School, which is located in the center of the neighborhood, along with several Park District facilities. The facilities surrounding the Fargo South campus give the neighborhood an array of recreational opportunities. The mix of housing includes approximately 510 single-family, detached homes, 10 apartment buildings, and about 130 condo units. Commercial development is located along the northern and western borders of the neighborhood—25th Street and 13th Avenue.
