Lincoln
The Lincoln neighborhood is predominately single-family, detached housing with a few townhomes and apartments located east of the University Drive commercial district, which makes up the western border of the neighborhood. The Red River borders the neighborhood to the east, which meets with Riverside Cemetery and the Fargo Country Club. The neighborhood gets its name from Lincoln Elementary School, located on 9th Street and 21st Avenue South.
