Bluemont Lakes
The Bluemont Lakes neighborhood, located in south Fargo, became part of the city between 1975 and 1986. The neighborhood is predominately residential and is bordered by two of the cty’s major commercial areas—25th Street and 32nd Avenue.
The neighborhood has easy access to more than a dozen restaurants, a grocery store, Essentia Health, Meritcare Southpointe Clinic, the Dr. James Carlson Public Library, retail shops and more. For recreation opportunities, Ed Clapp Park is located on the south central edge of this neighborhood as well as Woodbury Park in the northwest corner.
