The on-call contacts for the City Public Information Officer (PIO) and Public Safety PIO teams are for emergencies and, correspondingly, emergent events. If breaking news or emergencies occur, we are here 24/7/365. All other inquiries are processed during regular office hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., except for legal holidays.
