A winter seed sowing workshop is February 17 at 10 a.m. at the Northport Library. Attendees will make a mini greenhouse from a milk jug and plant native pollinators; pre-registration is required and all materials will be provided.
A Winter Pop-Up STEM Event for kids at the Main Library will be February 17 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Area science and engineering instructors, students and experts will be on hand to provide hands-on STEM learning activities for kids grades K through 5th and registration is not required.
Dakota Medical Foundation’s Giving Hearts Day is February 8.
