High-Risk Sex Offender Registers at 1122 4th Ave. N.

The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Jerry Verl Holmes, Sr., registered at the upstairs unit of 1122 4th Ave. N. in Fargo. Holmes was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee.

Holmes was convicted in Williams County District Court, ND, of one count of Corruption of a Minor in November of 2010. His victim was a female age 17. He is a lifetime registrant.
