For crimes in progress or suspected criminal activity, call 9-1-1. For non-emergency issues, call the Red River Regional Dispatch Center. Police reports can also be made online but are for certain incidents. Learn more about online reporting here.
How do I report someone who appears to be sleeping outside or in a place not meant for habitation?
Reports can be submitted through FargoOne and our Harm Reduction Division will do outreach to that particular person or group and provide options for resources to enhance their quality of life.

Reach out to the Downtown Community Partnerships. The DCP supports our businesses in Downtown Fargo and serves as an advocate for your business and customer’s experience in the neighborhood.
How do I report trash on the sidewalk that needs to be picked up?
Contact the Business Improvement District (BID) and give a description of your concern. BID will send a team member to remedy the situation.
