Environmental Assessment Reviews

In order to use the North Dakota State Revolving Fund (ND SRF) funding, environmental assessment reviews must be completed for each property requesting lead service line replacement. Without the completion of these reviews, the State of North Dakota will not allow the use of ND SRF funding for the costs of replacement. Due to the size and scope of this project, it is not possible to have every neighborhood in Fargo reviewed at once. Upon completion of review in one phase, the next area will be selected for evaluation. Replacements will be coordinated using a sequential block-by-block approach.
