Travel back to the decade of bell bottoms, disco, and Jello salads this summer with the Fargo Public Library and Fargo Moorhead Community Theater! In celebration of Fargo's sesquicentennial, and in conjunction with the opening of the city's time capsule buried during the centennial celebration in 1975, the library and FMCT will be revisiting the fanciful decade of the 1970's through fashion, music and food. Join us for a review of far out fashions from the 70s while getting down with some disco grooves from FMCT's upcoming production of Saturday Night Fever. Following the show, we'll sample some of the favorite foods of the decade. If you lived through it enjoy fond memories as younger generations find out what funky really means!
