Public Comment Opportunity to be Offered During the Scheduled Fargo City Commission Meeting

A 30-minute public comment period will be offered during the Fargo City Commission’s regularly scheduled meeting.

Members of the public who wish to address the City Commission may do so for topics on the regular agenda during that section of the agenda following the staff presentation. At the beginning of each agenda item, the Mayor will state the number of speakers and the time allotted for public comments.

Each individual will be allowed up to 2.5 minutes to speak. In order to ensure the comment period does not extend beyond the allotted 30 minutes, no more than 12 individuals will be permitted to sign up for the comment period. Presentations and/or videos are not allowed to be utilized during the comment period.

Members of the public who would like to address the Commission may sign up using the form below or by calling 701.241.1310 during the registration period.

Please provide your contact information below to be contacted if there is a scheduling issue. Providing contact information is not required to address the Commission.

The signup form for Regular Agenda items will be available below beginning at 4:30 p.m. on the Thursday preceding the scheduled Fargo City Commission meeting. The form will close and no longer be visible at 12 p.m. on the date of the scheduled Fargo City Commission meeting. No late or in-person signups immediately before or during the Commission meeting will be accepted. City staff will be in contact with individuals who signed up to coordinate logistical information for the comment opportunity.
