City of Fargo Staff Present: Doug Durgin, Thomas Knakmuhs, Steve Sprague, Brenda Derrig, Sue Thompson, Linda Stewart, Nancy Morris

The meeting began at 3:30 PM with all Special Assessment Commissioners in attendance.

Special Assessment Coordinator Durgin presented case law filed with the North Dakota Supreme Court on September 12, 2024, regarding the opinion of Senske Rentals v. City of Grand Forks.

There was a discussion on how the City of Fargo and the Special Assessment Commission will proceed with the findings from the Supreme Court opinion.

The Commissioners will review the case and reconvene on Tuesday, October 8.
