Reviewed new projects #BR-20-E and BR-20-C

Discussed Chad Bartholomay request to reduce specials on area where sidewalk easement runs through his property. Upon review, it was decided to credit the property owner a 5’ width of the easement by length of the sidewalk excluding the area within the drainage easement for four parcels within the Crofton Coves development.
