2 Review Liquor Applications
a. Transfer a Class ABH from Great Plains Hospitality d/b/a Baymont Inn & Suites to University Lodging d/b/a Baymont Inn & Suites located at 1340 21st Avenue South — ownership change Presented by Sprague
ABH is a hotel license, full bar allowed, off sale to hotel guests, no food sale requirements
No background issues.
Structural issues discovered by Public Health were discussed with new owners.

3 Police Department Monthly Report
a. General Report
Presented by Captain Matt Christensen
Windbreak had 2 incidents, first incident involved an intoxicated male, this person was not there when officers arrived. Second involved an unconscious female, paramedics arrived and took her to the hospital, she did have other medical related issues. Management was cooperative on both issues.
Cairo, officers did a self-initiated check, they found one person with an alcohol beverage. Police contacted the owner and discussed they could not have alcohol after bar close, even though their license allows that they can be open after 2am.
