Board Members Absent: Amy Ouren, Kristen Schipper, Wanda Mengelkoch

Others Present:

Vice President Jenna Reno called the meeting to order at 4:21 p.m. and a quorum was declared.

Order of the Agenda Approved
A motion was made by John Rodenbiker to approve the Order of Agenda. Paul Jensen seconded the motion; all the members voted aye and the motion carried.

Minutes of July 19, 2023 Annual Meeting Approved
A motion was made by John Rodenbiker to approve the Order of Agenda. Paul Jensen seconded the motion; all the members voted aye and the motion carried.

Affirmation of Library Boards Ethics Statement
A motion was made by John Rodenbiker to reaffirm. Paul Jensen seconded the motion; all the members voted aye and the motion carried.

Election of officers 2024-2025
Jenna Reno called for nominations for President. John Rodenbiker nominated Amy Ouren for President. No other nominations were received. A motion was made by Paul Jensen to approve Amy Ouren for President. Jenna Reno seconded the motion. All the members voted aye and the motion carried.

Paul Jensen nominated Jenna Reno for Vice President. No other nominations were received. A motion was made by John Rodenbiker to approve Jenna Reno as Vice President. Paul Jensen seconded the motion. All the members voted aye and the motion carried.

The annual meeting adjourned at 4:27 p.m.
