Annual Meeting: July 18, 2023 Minutes

Board Members Present: Amy Ouren, Wanda Mengelkoch, Paul Jensen, Jenna Reno
Board Members Absent: Carrie Peterson, Hannah James
Staff: Tim Dirks, Jenilee Kanenwisher, Cindy Haff
Others Present:

Vice President Amy Ouren called the meeting to order at 4:15 p.m. and a quorum was declared.

Order of the Agenda Approved
A motion was made by Wanda Mengelkoch to approve the Order of Agenda. Jenna Reno seconded the motion; all the members voted aye and the motion carried.

Minutes of July 19, 2022 Annual Meeting Approved
A motion was made by Wanda Mengelkoch to approve the Order of Agenda. Jenna Reno seconded the motion; all the members voted aye and the motion carried.

Affirmation of Library Boards Ethics Statement
A motion was made by Jenna Reno to reaffirm. Paul Jensen seconded the motion; all the members voted aye and the motion carried.

Election of officers 2023-2024
Amy Ouren called for nominations for President. Jenna Reno nominated Amy Ouren for President. No other nominations were received. A motion was made by Wanda Mengelkoch to approve Amy Ouren for President. Paul Jensen seconded the motion. All the members voted aye and the motion carried.

Paul Jensen nominated Jenna Reno for Vice President. No other nominations were received. A motion was made by Wanda Mengelkoch to approve Jenna Reno as Vice President. Amy Ouren seconded the motion. All the members voted aye and the motion carried.

The annual meeting adjourned at 4:20 p.m.
