Annual Meeting: July 17, 2018 Minutes

Board Members Present: Rachael Steenholdt, Mary Dickson, Carlos Hawley Jr., Mary Batcheller
Board Members Absent: Jan Ulferts Stewart, Carrie Peterson, Scott Beaulier
Staff: Tim Dirks, Betsy Dauer, Sunny Branick

The meeting was called to order by President, Rachael Steenholdt at 4:25pm.

Order of the Agenda
A motion was made by Mary Dickson to approve the Order of the Agenda. Mary Batcheller seconded the motion; motion carried.

Minutes of 2017 Annual Meeting
A motion was made by Carlos Hawley Jr. to approve the minutes of the 2017 annual meeting. Mary Dickson seconded the motion; motion carried.

Election of Officers for 2018-2019
Rachael Steenholdt called for nominations for President. Mary Dickson nominated Rachael Steenholdt for President. No other nominations were received. The Board voted all in favor of Rachael Steenholdt as President.

Rachael Steenholdt called for nominations for Vice President. Mary Batcheller nominated herself for Vice President. The Board voted all in favor of Mary Batcheller as Vice President.

The annual meeting adjourned at 4:30pm.
