CITY HALL AUDITORIUM COMMISSION

The City Hall Auditorium Commission held a meeting Friday, March 1, 2019. at 8 A.M. in the Civic Center.

PRESENT: Deutsch, Armbrust, Thompson. Olson & Nustad.
ABESENT: NONE
OTHERS PRESENT: Danella Myers

President Armbrust called the meeting to order.

MINUTES APPROVED:
Tabled discussion about Ticketmaster until all Auditorium Commission members were all at a meeting next week.

FINANCIAL REPORT:
This was discussed at the February 22, 2019 meeting.

DIRECTOR'S REPORT:
Motion was made by Deutsch to have a discussion concerning the Ticketmaster Agreement. Board talked about the agreement on #2 and #4. Board voted on everyone coming into the Fargo Civic Center will go through Ticketmaster for ticketed events. Which is according to the Ticketmaster Agreement. Seconded by Olson. Motion passed.
