CITY HALL AUDITORIUM COMMISSION

The City Hall Auditorium Commission held a meeting Friday, October 12, 2018 at 8:00 A.M. in the Commission Room of City Hall.

The members present were as follows:
PRESENT: Armbrust, Thompson & Nustad.
ABSENT: Deutsch & Olson
OTHERS PRESENT: Bruce Grubb

President Armbrust called the meeting to order.

MINUTES APPROVED:
Nustad moved approval of Minutes of meeting held on April 20, 2018. Seconded by Thompson.

FINANCIAL REPORT:
Months of May thru August were slower month and September started picking up for the fall and winter season. Under Other Services there is a $16,800.00 cost for Obermiller Nelson Engineering for the HVAC renovation at the Civic. Thompson moved approval of financial report. Seconded by Armbrust.

DIRECTOR'S REPORT:
We are having a lot of new events coming into the Civic Center in the next 6 months. Summer season was slow this year. Civic Board agreed on having the next board meeting when we have new items to discuss.

Good. No actions taken.

Austad's Golf. Roller Derby, 2 dance competitions.

NEW BUSINESS:
Study on the Arts Task Force

There was no further business to be discussed.
