CITY HALL AUDITORIUM COMMISSION

The City Hall Auditorium Commission held a meeting Friday. April 20. 2018. at 8:00 A.M. in the Commission Room of City Hall.

The members present were as follows:
PRESENT: Deutsch. Armbrust. Olson. Thompson & Nustad.
ABSENT: None
OTHERS PRESENT: Bruce Grubb

MINUTES APPROVED:
Deutsch moved approval of Minutes of meeting held on .January 19. 2018. Seconded by Thompson.

FINANCIAL REPORT:
February and March 2018 were good months. Had a lot of events during those months. Deutsch moved approval of financial report. Seconded by Nustad.

DIRECTOR'S REPORT:
Colleen Wadeson read an e-mail sent to the Civic Center concerning the balcony railings. Person also stated that they require railing on school bleachers. We do hand railings on the bleachers. We have put in railings in the past few years in the balcony for going up and down the steps. Board wants to han: the Buildings and grounds department to look into this matter and get some suggestions. Two applications for reduced rent were presented to this board. Motion to reduce rent of $650.00 for Drone and $650.00 for the Ted X Fargo events made by Thompson. Seconded by Deutsch. Motion passed.
