Auditorium Commission - February 24, 2017 Minutes

The City Hall Auditorium Commission held a meeting Friday, February 24, 2017,
at 7:30 A.M. in the Commission Room of City Hall.

The members present were as follows:
PRESENT: Deutsch, Armbrust, Thompson, Olson & Nustad.

ABSENT:

OTHERS PRESENT: Bruce Grubb

President Armbrust called the meeting to order.

MINUTES APPROVED: Deutsch moved approval of Minutes of meeting held on January 20, 2017. Seconded by Thompson.

FINANCIAL REPORT: Is doing better than last year. Not all billing was in for the month of January and will be entered in February report. Deutsch moved approval of financial report. Seconded by Nustad.

DIRECTOR’S REPORT: January was a slow month compared to other years. Lost the Oak Grove Shootout because of a MN Basketball taking over and is held now in February. Talked a little about the parking or lack there of.

EVENT EVALUATION SHEETS: None. No actions taken.

LOST BUSINESS:

COMING EVENTS: Midwest Starz Dance, 2 spa shows and Drone conference.

NEW BUSINESS: None.

There was no further business to be discussed.
