Announcements: Steve introduced Desi Fleming, new Director of Public Health.
Everyone introduced themselves along with Fire Department Office Manager Andi Bullinger, and new Principal Office Associate for Fargo Cass Public Health Lori Sall.
Dr. Lako-Adamson just took over as Health Officer at Fargo Cass Public Health.

Approval of August 10, 2018 minutes: Tim Meyer moved to approve the minutes. Sherm Syverson seconded and motion passed.

Data Review, Response Time, Transport Destination: Jason said not much has changed. October was down from last year. Response times are at 98 percent. Vicky Black from Essentia Health had questions about coding regarding behavioral, generalized weakness, and transport to the closest facility. Jason said it is more of a legacy thing and with the opening of the new Sanford ER and how critical unstable client is and the traffic. The software will not let them deselect those items. Cannot change the software to do that. Joseph Burns said the VA was the closest facility in two runs in August. It was a hold over thing and stuck in the data.

Other Updates: Kathy said they had received a grant from Otto Bremer Foundation to teach hands only CPR. They have kits to distribute to heart smart groups if they promise to teach at least five people. If you are interested, please contact Kathy Lonski.
Steve Dirksen said the Save a Life Campaign is February 16 at West Acres and Kathy Lonski will send an email so it can go into the City of Fargo newsletter.

2019 Meeting Schedule: The 2019 meeting schedule will be emailed along with a meeting invite.

Next Meeting Date: The next meeting is set for February 8 at 9:00 am and will continue to meet in the old City Commission Chamber.
