At 10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 22, The Fargo Police Department responded to a report of a domestic disturbance involving a 33-year-old male who barricaded himself and two juveniles in an apartment unit in the 2600 block of 14th St. S. It was reported that the adult male made threats to an adult female inside the apartment before she exited the building.
Due to the extenuating circumstances, the Red River Valley SWAT Team was utilized to assist with taking Resendez Jr. into custody. Through a collaborative effort, Resendez Jr. was arrested at approximately 12:32 a.m. on Wednesday, April 23, and transported to Cass County Jail for Terrorizing.
