In 2004, Johnson was convicted of Lewd Molestation and Indecent Act upon a child in Florida. The victim was a 12-year-old girl. Johnson was also convicted in North Dakota of Indecent Act Upon a Child in 2023. The victim was a 11-year-old girl.
