The League of Women Voters of the Red River Valley will present an overview of local requirements to vote, how and where to research candidates and measures, how and where to vote on voting day, and more during an informational session on Saturday, Oct. 19, starting at 1 p.m. at the Dr. James Carlson Library, 2801 32nd Ave. S.
