The City of Fargo election will be held in conjunction with the Cass County primary on Tuesday, June 11. Residents are encouraged to vote in person at a polling location between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

In this election, Fargo voters will choose candidates to fill two City Commission seats (each with a four-year term) and one municipal judgeship (four-year term). Additionally, Fargo Park Board, Fargo School Board, Cass County Commission and statewide races will be on the ballot.
To vote in a City of Fargo election, you must be a Fargo resident for at least 30 days prior to the election. You must also be at least 18 years old, a North Dakota resident and a citizen of the United States. There is no formal voter registration process in North Dakota. To vote, simply go to a voting site and present an accepted form of identification. Options include a North Dakota driver’s license, a non-driver’s identification card, an ID issued by a tribal government or a long-term care identification certificate.
