With the cold temperatures upon us, the library is spreading warmth by helping those in our community who need it most. All three library locations are accepting cold weather gear donations of new or very gently used and cleaned cold weather gear such as mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, and socks. Handmade and purchased items are welcome. All three locations have mitten trees. The donated items will be provided to members of the community in need this winter. For further information about the library's mitten trees, contact the Main Library Circulation Desk at 701.241.1472.
The Fargo Public Library would like to express its appreciation for Grain Designs for designing, building and donating the beautiful one-of-a-kind mitten tree at the downtown Main Library.
