At 8 a.m. on Friday, May 26, Elm St. N. reopened to traffic between 13th and 15th Avenues North.
This section of roadway had been closed due to the high level of river waters; however, the river water has receded and the road surface has been cleared of all hazards. The closure had been in place since April 15, 2023.
