Responsibilities:
- Oversees the management of approximately 700 units of public and affordable housing and a federal rent assistance program, which together serve approximately 4,500 low and moderate income tenants.
- Creates and is responsible for a multi-million dollar annual budget and several federal housing programs.
- Assists in identifying and addressing housing needs for the City.
- Advocates for affordable housing tenants and support programs.
In addition to this opening, residents are encouraged to research and apply for appointment to any of the boards, commissions and committees for consideration in the event of future vacancies.
