The City of Fargo is seeking proposals for its 2022 Community Development & Housing Action Plan. This plan allocates annual entitlement funds from the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), which are distributed through the City’s CDBG and HOME programs. The primary purpose of these funds is to benefit low and moderate income individuals and households. Plan goals are established in the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan and focus on affordable housing, ending and preventing homelessness, neighborhood improvements, and poverty reduction. All proposals will be evaluated based on low to moderate income benefit, project readiness, cost reasonableness and impact, activity management, experience, past performance and current resources.
The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) period runs from December 8 through 31, 2021, with proposals due no later than 11:59 p.m. on December 31, 2021.
