High Risk Sex Offender Notification: 734 College St. N.

The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Damion Winter Orton, registered his address at 734 College St N, Fargo, ND. Orton has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee.

The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Damion Winter Orton, registered his address at 734 College St N, Fargo, ND. Orton has been assessed as a high-risk offender by the North Dakota Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Orton and his offense:

Offense Background:
Orton was convicted of Sexual Imposition on December 29, 2014, in Burleigh County District Court in ND. When Orton was 19 years old he asked a 14 year old female runaway who was intoxicated and on drugs to have sex. When she said no he held her down and had intercourse with her. He is a lifetime registrant.
