Fargo Cass Public Health will host a walk-in flu shot clinic November 20 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Receiving an annual flu shot is the best protection against the influenza virus and this year, the flu shot is even more important. Appointments are not necessary but residents should bring Medicare or health insurance information to the clinic.

Due to the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the community, all Fargo Public Library buildings are closed to walk-in traffic and curbside pickup service will be offered until further notice. Curbside pickup hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday. All library locations are closed Sundays.

Broadway Square in front of the Block 9 building in Downtown Fargo will open just in time for the holidays with a tree lighting and rink ribbon skate-through on December 3rd at 5 p.m. Masks are required. Free daily skating will be available starting December 4th and the Skate Shack will offer skate rental, skate sharpening and concessions. Other winter amenities will become available throughout December including an interactive holiday tree, fire pits, Broadway Square merchandise, warming igloos and programmed events. All December events at Broadway Square are free.
