The City of Fargo Land Development Code Diagnostic Report to Be Presented at August 4 Planning Commission Meeting

The City of Fargo is currently conducting an evaluation of the Fargo Land Development Code (LDC) to identify and address any potential areas of improvement. The City’s project consultant, Lisa Wise Consulting, began assessing the City’s development regulations in Fall 2019. The consulting firm recently drafted a diagnostic report that details its findings. This diagnostic report will be presented to the Fargo Planning Commission at their regular meeting on August 4, 2020 at 3 p.m. in the Fargo City Commission Chambers (225 4th St N.)

Interested individuals are invited to provide comments/feedback relating to the LDC Diagnostic Report, which will be included in the August 4 Planning Commission meeting packet. Comments should be provided in writing to the Department of Planning and Development by August 11, 2020 via Planning & Development Department.
