Ryan was convicted of Luring Minor by Computer in McKenzie County District Court, ND in 2018. His victim was a 14-year-old female acquaintance. He was also convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in McKenzie County District Court, ND in 2017. His victim was a 14-year-old female stranger. He is a lifetime registrant.
