UPDATE: Power has been restored to the Main Library. The library will open to the public at 11 a.m. today.
ORIGINAL NEWS RELEASE: Due to a power outage, the downtown Main Library will not open as scheduled at 10 a.m. today, Monday, August 3. The library will remain closed until further notice while the outage is addressed.
Staff will provide updates as soon as power is restored and the library is able to reopen. Residents are encouraged to check the Fargo Public Library's social media channels for the latest information on the library's reopening.
The Northport and Dr. James Carlson library branches will open today at their regularly scheduled times.
