Kids who love stories can enjoy them this summer at the Fargo Public Library's Summer Storytimes happening weekly at both the Main Library and the Dr. James Carlson Library locations.

These storytime sessions are available for families to spend quality time sharing stories, learning school-readiness skills, and preparing children for a lifetime love of reading. Through the use of age-appropriate stories, songs, and fingerplays in a group setting, library staff help parents and caregivers learn how to foster early literacy skills that prepare their children to learn to read – all while having super storytime fun! Some storytimes are followed by a craft – all materials will be provided.

All storytime sessions are open to children ages 2 – 6, and no pre-registration is required.

Locations, dates, and times:
Main Library – June 9 through July 28
Tuesdays at 10 a.m.
Dr. James Carlson Library – June 10 through July 29
Wednesdays at 10 a.m.
