FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Damon John Smith, registered at 1310 11th St. N. in Fargo. Smith was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Smith and his offense:

In 2023, Smith was convicted of Possession of Material – Sexual Conduct by a Minor in Stark County District Court in North Dakota.
