FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Michael Andrew Skeldum, registered at 1418 1st Ave. S. in Fargo. Skeldum was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Skeldum and his offense:

Fargo, North Dakota
In 1999, Skeldum was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Sargent County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 10-year-old female. In 2003, Skeldum was convicted of Gross Sexual Imposition in Cass County District Court. The victim was a 13-year-old female.
Skeldum is a lifetime registrant.
