Will was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Will and his offense:

In 2013, Will was convicted of Sexual Assault in Morton County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 15-year-old female.
