FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA – The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Jonathan Andrew Stahl, registered at 123 15th Street North in Fargo. Stahl was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes Stahl and his offense:
