In 2018, Davies was convicted of Corruption of a Minor in Burleigh County District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 15-year-old female.
In 2019, Davies was convicted of Corruption of a Minor, Possession of Material – Sex Conduct by a Minor, Luring Minor by Computer and Sexual Imposition – Threat or Coercion in Burleigh County District Court. The victim was a 15-year-old female.
Davies is a lifetime registrant.
