inning at 6 a.m. on Friday, September 12, Forestry Division crews will close 5th Street North from 3rd Avenue North to 4th Avenue North, and 3rd Avenue North from 4th Street North to 5th Street North. This closure is necessary to allow crews to remove declining ash trees from the boulevard. The roads will fully reopen by the end of the day Friday, September 12.
