In 2004, Bartell was convicted of Third-Degree Sexual Abuse in Jackson County, Oregon. The victim was a 21-year-old female.
In 2007, Bartell was convicted of Indecent Exposure in Los Angeles County, California.
Bartell is a lifetime registrant.
